Size: The Atlanta floor plan boasts 4,485 square feet spread over the main floor, second story, and finished basement. Finishing the basement is optional.

Bedrooms: 5 (Two in the basement, one on the main floor, and two upstairs.)

Bathrooms: 3.5 (one in the basement, one and a half on the main level, and one upstairs.)
